What I Do
At Beautiful Moon Balloon Bar, we specialize in Event Styling for anyone who's looking to throw a good party. Celebrations range from small intimate baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays and proposals to large corporate events. All of our services can be used for any special event. We want to make it easy for our clients to find coordinating party decor such as premier balloon garlands, balloon sculptures, marquee rentals, backdrops, photobooth rentals and much more. Helpful Information
Care once the product is picked up.
When picking up balloons they are pretty large and bulky. They can't go in a trunk, open-bed truck, or squeezed into a small car. Please plan ahead when picking up as I don't recommend picking up anything over 3 feet. I do offer delivery for an additional fee.
Balloons are the responsibility of the buyer once the product is picked up.
Balloons are very delicate please don't place them directly on the grass, near sharp ends, or heat exposure as it will minimize the durability of the balloons.
When booking outdoor events please consider the impact the direct sunlight has on balloons. We advise that your setup be placed under a shaded area for the least exposure.
Cancellations
If orders are CANCELLED there will be NO REFUNDS. Communication is extremely important, please make sure to be clear and confirm exactly what you are ordering when you place your order. If you need to change your date please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduled events are valid one year from date of postponement for the same theme.
Form of Payments accepted: Venmo, Zelle, All Major Credit Cards. A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure your date and confirm your order, no exceptions.

In An Environment with high temperatures, the balloons will expand. In an environment with low temperatures, it will shrink. The lower the pressure in an environment, the more the balloon will expand. Once the difference becomes too large, this will cause the balloons to pop.
Latex balloons absorb moisture. The moisture changes the structure of the rubber making it appear more matte, rubbery & stretchable. Short term, this means you can blow up a balloon to a bigger size in a humid environment than in a dry one. In the long run, too much moisture degrades the rubber, making the balloons unusable.
Sun, together with the wind and the heat, will biodegrade the latex. That's why latex balloons won't last long if you use them outdoors. The first sign of degradation is that the balloons oxidize, for example; they lose their shine and start looking dull or matte as if they had a thin white layer over their initial color.
